Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling before the end of the 5-day trial stops any future charge.

If you’re unhappy with your first charge after the trial, contact us within 14 days for a full refund: support@myancestors.co.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exclusions

The initial 5-day access fee is non-refundable once the report has been generated, as the AI cost is incurred at that moment.
